It has full 1080p HD 145-degree diagonal video with built-in IR LED night vision and two-way audio, so you can see and hear all activity and simultaneously speak to those in your home. Its intelligent motion sensors differentiate between people and objects, and send you necessary alerts through the SmartThings app on your smartphone or tablet. You can access all of your in-depth Cam alerts in an easy-to-view timeline on your SmartThing App’s dashboard. Choose between portrait or landscape mode to view up to 4 connected cameras simultaneously. The two-way protection enhanced encryption ensures that your data can only be accessed by your device. You’ll get free 24-hour rolling footage cloud storage for up to 4 SmartThings Cams. You may upgrade to the SmartThings Video Premium Plan, which is a paid subscription that includes 30 days rolling storage for up to 8 SmartThings Cams. A SmartThings Hub is not required for operation. You can easily connect the SmartThings Cam to your home’s Wi-Fi. For a multi device experience, you can connect the Cam to your Samsung TV and use your television screen as your monitor.
