OPERATIONS


Responsibilities:

Will assist operations officer and marketing manager to to manage order fulfillment, marketing tasks, and day-to-day operations of the company. Galleon.ph specializes in selling products that are not available in the Philippines by importing them from the U.S. This role is responsible for ensuring that all the teams comply with the processes and policies and tracking financial transactions involved in business operations.

Requirements:

  • Assisting in Order Fulfillment Process
  • Assisting the financial transactions involved in sales, purchasing and logistics
  • Monitoring of customer service queries
  • Assisting in Marketing tasks, projects and campaigns both online and offline

MARKETING


Responsibilities:

Will assist marketing manager to manage day to day marketing activities both online and offline.

Requirements:

  • Required language(s): English, Filipino

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and updating social media channels - including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc
  • Creating and sending email campaigns and analyzing results
  • Creating content for website, social media, email campaigns and e-newsletters
  • Using Google Analytics to monitor traffic and optimize marketing campaigns
  • Creating and managing strategic Pay Per Click campaigns
  • Managing the marketing budget
  • Brainstorming Guerilla Campaigns

Skills Required:

  • This is a stand-alone role so therefore the ability to work on your own initiative is essential
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • Passion and enthusiasm
  • A general interest in E-commerce would be an advantage

FINANCE OR OFFICE ADMIN


Responsibilities:

Will assist accounting and finance manager to manage payroll, invoicing, balance sheet, filing and other day-to-day financial operations of the company.

Requirements:

  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • OJT positions(s) available.
  • Knowledgeable on any accounting system

Key Accountabilities

  • Assisting in Financial Processes
  • Assisting in preparation of checks for payment, logging of journal entries, monthly/quarterly BIR returns, VAT Relief (input data in VAT Relief)
  • Filing of documents

Responsibilities:

Assist in answering and follow up customer inquiries via email, cellphone and landline.

Requirements:

  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • OJT positions(s) available.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide Customer Support team assistance in volume of inquiries
  • Answer email, calls and SMS in a timely manner using the provided tools for efficient customer support
  • Follow up on customer inquiries to generate awareness and increase sales.
