The Tabacco Toscano fragrance was created by Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella. It features a bouquet of woody oriental notes that pair harmoniously with smoky vanilla base notes. When she suffered from migraines, Catherine de' Medici, Queen of France, turned to tobacco for relief. In point of fact, the plant eventually earned the name "Herba catharinaria."
